Orders & payments
How do I place an order?
Pick the style, size and color, pay online, and your package ships via UPS or USPS with tracking to your address. No need to call or message us to complete your purchase: it's all done on the website.
How can I pay?
With a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay or Zelle. Card payments are confirmed instantly; with Zelle, your order is reserved once we confirm the transfer.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in dollars and sales tax is added at checkout, based on your shipping address. You see it itemized before you pay.
Is it safe to pay on the site?
Yes. Payments are processed by Square, one of the most widely used payment platforms in the U.S. We never store your card details.
Do you run promotions?
Every now and then, and we announce them on Instagram at @casacolombiausa. Large resale orders have their own pricing, which you can request from the Wholesale page.
Sizing & choosing
What measurements do I need to choose my size?
Two for a faja, taken with a tape measure, in inches: waist and hips. With those numbers, find your size in the size guide , which also shows centimeters. Bras and sleeves use the bra chart (underbust and bust); vests and waist cinchers go by waist.
I'm between two sizes. Which one do I order?
The larger one, especially if you've just had surgery. The swelling goes down day by day and the hooks let you close the faja tighter, while ordering the smaller one from the start usually ends with a faja you can't hook.
How do I know which faja my surgery calls for?
Each surgery treats a different area, and the faja has to compress that area. Our guide post-surgery fajas by procedure goes procedure by procedure, and in Find your faja you choose your surgery and your stage and see the garments that apply.
What do stage 2 and stage 3 mean?
They're the two recovery fajas we sell here: stage 2, or segunda etapa, with no boning, from the moment your surgeon clears firm compression while the swelling goes down; and stage 3, or tercera etapa, usually with boning, to define your waist. For the first few days you wear the garment the clinic gives you. Each stage comes in regular or full-hip fit. We explain it in stage 2 and 3 fajas.
How long do I wear the faja?
That's up to your surgeon, based on your surgery and how you're healing. We help you with the right faja for each stage, but the weeks and hours of wear come from your surgeon.
I'm buying online. How do I know it'll fit?
Take your measurements and compare them with the chart on the product page; that's how most women get it right. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one. Since all sales are final, those five minutes before you pay are well spent.
Post-op
Do you carry post-surgery fajas?
Yes, they're our bestsellers: MeliBelt stage 2 and 3 fajas, in regular and full-hip fit, plus abdominal boards, chin straps, sleeves, vests and bras for after surgery. You'll find them together in post-surgery fajas.
My surgeon recommended a specific faja. Do you have it?
Search the store for the style number they gave you: MeliBelt fajas are identified by a four-digit number, like 3039 or 2033, which is also on the label. If they recommended a type of garment rather than a specific style, Find your faja will help you find it.
Do you carry BBL fajas?
Yes. After a BBL your faja can't compress your butt: you need a garment with the right opening and compression on your abdomen and waist. We have them grouped in BBL fajas.
Do I sleep in my faja?
Many patients wear it at night too during the early stages, but it depends on what your surgeon tells you. To be able to wash it without going without, it's practical to have two.
The swelling went down and my faja feels loose. What do I do?
That's expected, and it's exactly why there are stages. First move to the next row of hooks; when that's not enough, measure yourself again and order a size down or the next stage.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
To all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Puerto Rico. Details are in Shipping & delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders $100+. Under that amount, it's $15. Every shipment comes with tracking.
How long does it take to arrive?
It depends on your address. When your order ships you get a tracking number, which lets you follow your package and see the estimated delivery date.
Do you ship to other countries?
For now we ship to the U.S. and Puerto Rico. If you're in the Dominican Republic, your store is casacolombiard.com, with the same styles and local shipping.
Returns and replacements
Can I exchange the size?
No. Because fajas are intimate items worn right against your skin, all sales are final: we don't offer size exchanges or returns for change of mind. That's why it's worth measuring yourself first with the size guide, and if you fall between two sizes, choosing the larger one. Full details in returns and replacements.
What if my order arrives wrong?
If you received a different style or size than you ordered, the item has a manufacturing defect, or the package arrived incomplete, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Let us know within 7 days, with photos, using the form on returns and replacements.
What if the item arrived with a defect?
Send us a photo of the defect along with your order number. We'll review it and, if it's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it or refund you with no shipping cost to you.
How do I know the faja is the one my surgeon asked for?
By the style number, which is printed on the packaging and the label. We buy direct from the factory, so what you receive is exactly the style shown on the product page.
Care
How do I wash a faja?
By hand with cold water and mild soap, or in the machine inside a mesh bag on a delicate cycle. Never in the dryer. The full routine is in how to wash a faja without losing compression.
When is it time for a new faja?
When it no longer compresses even in your size and on the last row of hooks, or when the fabric tears. If you wash it right and alternate two, it lasts a lot longer.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We have volume pricing for resellers and stores in the U.S., with inventory that's already in Florida. Request terms from Wholesale.
Is there a wholesale minimum order?
Yes, and it varies by line and season. We'll confirm it along with the catalog when you request terms from the Wholesale page.
